Germany
€4.95, free on orders over €100. Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, as every piece is made and embroidered after you order.
International
€12.95, free on orders over €150. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. Customs duties and fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
Split shipments
Hoodies and T-shirts may be made at different locations and can therefore arrive in separate parcels. This does not cost you any extra shipping. Pickup is not available.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. You bear the cost of the return shipment. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy. We replace faulty items free of charge.
