How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made and embroidered for you only after you order. Production and shipping usually take 5–15 business days within Germany and 7–20 business days internationally. Shipping within Germany costs €4.95 and is free on orders over €100.
How do the sizes fit?
The hoodie and T-shirt come in sizes S to 3XL. The hoodie has a deliberately oversized cut. The T-shirt has a relaxed fit – for an oversized look, choose one size up. You will find exact measurements on each product page.
What about returns?
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. As every piece is made for you, you bear the cost of the return shipment. You can find all details in our withdrawal policy. If an item is faulty, we will of course replace it free of charge.
How are the products made?
Every piece is made and embroidered by our production partner in the EU only after you order – so there is no overproduction. The hoodie is made of heavyweight 339 g/m² fleece (60% cotton, 40% polyester), the T-shirt of 100% ring-spun cotton at 206 g/m².
