2. Hosting and shop system

This website and the online shop are operated with Wix (Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel). When you visit the website, Wix processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser type and operating system in order to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). An adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for Israel. Wix may also process data on servers in the USA; such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with Wix.

 

3. Cookies and consent

We use technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the shop (e.g. shopping cart, login, security) (Section 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Other cookies, for example for statistics or marketing, are only set with your consent via our cookie banner (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.

 

4. Orders

When you place an order, we process your name, address, email address, phone number if applicable, and order and payment data in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To fulfil the contract, we pass on the necessary data to:

- our production partner Printful (Printful Inc., Lidostas Parks, Mārupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia), which produces and ships the goods; Printful may also process data in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses;

- the shipping company commissioned in each case for delivery;

- the payment service provider you choose to process the payment. Its privacy policy also applies.

 

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or contact form, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

 

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to inform you about new drops and offers. Registration takes place via the double opt-in procedure; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. The newsletter is sent via Wix.

 

7. Social media

Our website links to our profiles on social networks. These are simple links; data is only transferred when you click a link and visit the respective network. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.

 

8. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. We retain order and invoice data for up to ten years due to commercial and tax law obligations. Newsletter data is deleted after you unsubscribe.

 

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

 

10. Obligation to provide data

For an order, we need the details marked as mandatory fields during checkout. Without them, we cannot conclude the contract.
